We are proud to announce that Uprite Construction Management has formally submitted our Letter of Commitment to serve as the Construction Manager of Record for Sainte Lydie City, a groundbreaking development being advanced by MyDentalWig Inc. and CEO Lydie LIVOLSI.
Our role encompasses the full scope of construction management for this ambitious project, from preconstruction and budgeting to subcontractor engagement, quality oversight, and final delivery. Sainte Lydie City is envisioned as a truly transformative environment, bringing together a semiconductor chip factory, a data center, a dental AI giga factory, research academies, housing and multi-family residence, hotels, and the supporting commercial and community infrastructure that ties it all together.
