LYDIE TOWER™ is envisioned as more than an office building or residential skyscraper. Its proposed mixed-use concept brings together luxury apartments and condominiums, commercial spaces, research environments, hospitality, premium amenities, and technology-enabled building operations.
The objective is to explore how people could live, work, conduct research, do business, and experience an extraordinary architectural destination within one integrated vertical environment.
The Intelligence Behind the Landmark
Within MYDENTALWIG’s broader technology ecosystem, LYDIE TOWER™ is also envisioned as an AI and Operations Hub.
Its proposed role is to connect intelligent building systems, infrastructure monitoring, energy management, security, and operational analytics. Over time, compatible technologies developed across MYDENTALWIG’s ecosystem could support a more connected relationship between physical infrastructure and digital intelligence.

FARMS-ÉLYSÉES BLVD connects all three destinations.
At the heart of Sainte Lydie City’s proposed urban plan is FARMS-ÉLYSÉES BLVD, a monumental east–west boulevard envisioned as the connective spine between three defining landmarks: LYDIE TOWER™, the Trump Arch of Triumph, and Sainte Lydie City Hall.
At its eastern terminus, LYDIE TOWER™ is envisioned as a monumental architectural and technological landmark, positioned at the center of a major intersection. Moving westward, the boulevard reaches its central focal point: the Trump Arch of Triumph, situated at the intersection of FARMS-ÉLYSÉES BLVD and the north–south TRUMP BLVD.
Continuing west, the boulevard extends toward its third defining destination, Sainte Lydie City Hall, envisioned as the civic anchor of the proposed city.
Together, these three destinations establish a deliberate urban composition connecting architectural grandeur, technological ambition, and civic identity.
The concept draws inspiration from Paris’s celebrated Avenue des Champs-Élysées, whose monumental urban perspective connects the Arc de Triomphe with Place de la Concorde and its Egyptian obelisk. Sainte Lydie City proposes its own interpretation of this grand tradition, extending the idea into a longer, three-landmark axis designed around a futuristic tower, a monumental arch, and a civic center.
The intended boulevard would be substantially longer than the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, subject to the final master plan and surveyed distances.
FARMS-ÉLYSÉES BLVD is therefore envisioned not merely as a transportation corridor, but as a defining public space—a ceremonial avenue connecting three major destinations and giving Sainte Lydie City a distinctive architectural identity.
A Destination for the World
The Eiffel Tower helped make Paris recognizable across the world. The Burj Khalifa became an emblem of Dubai’s architectural ambition and an international visitor attraction.
LYDIE TOWER™ draws inspiration from the broader idea that extraordinary architecture can become part of a destination’s identity.
Its proposed tourism potential could include panoramic observation experiences, hospitality, dining, exhibitions, cultural programming, and special events, subject to final design, feasibility, approvals, and operating plans.
The ambition is to create a destination that people would travel to experience—not simply a building they would see from a distance.
An American Spirit of Grandeur
LYDIE TOWER™ expresses a vision of American ambition: the willingness to imagine on a monumental scale, bring together exceptional talent, and explore what becomes possible when architecture, technology, engineering, and enterprise converge.
Its proposed development would also face substantial challenges, including structural engineering, vertical transportation, fire and life safety, energy systems, financing, construction logistics, and regulatory approvals. These questions must be addressed through rigorous feasibility studies and professional engineering.
