For couple of months, MYDENTALWIG™ has used AI²™ — Artificial Ingestion Intelligence™ to describe a fundamental concept behind our developing ecosystem: the interaction between Ingestion and Intelligence.
The world of artificial intelligence is now entering another linguistic and technological transition. Increasingly, the term Super Intelligence (SI) is being used to describe the next generation of intelligent systems.
That evolution is important.
But it also raises another question:
Do we really need to choose between following the terminology established by others and remaining defined by “Artificial Intelligence”?
At MYDENTALWIG, our answer is no.
We are choosing a third path.

The Evolution Is Not About Abandoning AI
The transition from AI²™ to EI²™ does not mean that Artificial Intelligence has suddenly become irrelevant.
AI remains an important technological foundation.
But MYDENTALWIG has always been interested in something more specific than artificial intelligence in the abstract.
Our focus is ingestion.
More precisely, it is the intersection of ingestion and intelligence.
That is why the ² has always mattered.
It isn’t simply a stylistic superscript.
It represents a mathematical idea:

One I represents Ingestion.
The other I represents Intelligence.

What changes is the standard we aspire to bring to that relationship.
Why “Extraordinary”?
The word Extraordinary is deeply connected to the philosophy behind MYDENTALWIG.
Extraordinary means going beyond what is ordinary, expected, regular, or customary.
That is precisely the direction in which we want our ecosystem to develop.
We are not interested in creating technology simply because it is technologically possible.
We are interested in creating something that can ultimately have extraordinary usefulness, extraordinary connectivity, extraordinary intelligence, and extraordinary impact.
And there is another, much more personal reason for choosing the letter E.
Whenever I am asked to define myself in one word, I almost instinctively choose:
Extraordinary.
Or:
Exceptional.
For me, these words describe not perfection, but a standard.
The standard to which I hold myself.
And the standard I aspire to bring to the intelligence ecosystem I am creating.
Therefore, the E in EI²™ has both a technological and personal provenance:
E = Extraordinary.
And personally:
E = Exceptional.
EI²™ Is Not Simply Another Name for AI
This distinction matters.
We do not want EI²™ to become merely another fashionable synonym for Artificial Intelligence.
It has a specific origin.
It has a mathematical rationale.
It has a technological meaning.
And it has personal provenance.
That combination is important.
EI²™ was not created simply because another organization changed its terminology.
The evolution of AI²™ to EI²™ emerged from reflecting on what MYDENTALWIG has actually been building and where that vision can go.

The emergence of terms such as Super Intelligence demonstrates that society is beginning to recognize that “Artificial Intelligence” may not adequately describe where intelligent technology is heading.
But we don’t believe the answer necessarily has to be another universal label.
Why should everyone have to use the same adjective?
Why shouldn’t innovators define the type of intelligence they want to create?
One person may envision Super Intelligence.
Another may pursue Genius Intelligence.
Another may envision Beautiful Intelligence.
Another may choose Extraordinary Intelligence.
The important question becomes:
What does the intelligence stand for?
This opens the possibility of an entire vocabulary of intelligent systems rather than a single label controlled by whoever happens to establish the dominant terminology.
