Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience, plus equity participation through the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan (Option Pool).

About the Opportunity

This is a founding administrative position supporting the Founder and executive leadership team during the Company’s formative growth.

The successful candidate will help establish administrative systems, coordinate daily operations, support investor communications, organize company records, assist with meetings and events, and help maintain the efficient operation of the business.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Founder and leadership team.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and meeting summaries.
  • Coordinate communications with investors, advisors, consultants, vendors, and business partners.
  • Organize corporate records, contracts, and confidential company documentation.
  • Assist with maintaining the Company’s electronic filing systems and document management processes.
  • Support fundraising activities by coordinating meetings, organizing investor materials, and maintaining communication records.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office operations, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and consultants.
  • Assist with planning company meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience providing executive or administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and common office productivity software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives in startup, technology, healthcare, or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with investor relations or fundraising support.
  • Experience organizing board meetings and maintaining corporate records.
  • Knowledge of project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working with confidential legal or financial documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary: $70,000–$95,000, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Stock option grant under the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan, subject to Board approval and the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
  • Equity awards are generally subject to a four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff.
