Recruitment Coordinator
Company Description:
We are a data-driven dental chip manufacturing company with high growth potential, looking for a recruitment coordinator to help us ensure we hire the best and brightest to create top-of-the-line MyDentalWig devices and products.
You will be responsible for supporting hiring efforts and recruiting initiatives through full-cycle recruitment. Provides administrative support through the use of Application Tracking Software and through the coordination of the recruitment process between new hires, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for administering job requisitions, from job posting to offer letter, using applicant tracking system.
• Maintain applicant tracking to determine origin of candidates and effectiveness of recruiting initiatives/programs.
• Provide status updates on open positions, communicating with recruiters and hiring managers and following up with candidates.
• Send offer letters and related new hire documents to prospective new hires, and answer any inquiry or direct to appropriate party.
• Maintain confidential information such as offer letters, compensation data, and candidate information with a high degree of integrity and judgment.
• Document recruitment procedures and maintain file of standard operating procedures for the recruitment team.
• Order and send to candidate pre-employment tests as requested by recruitment team.
• Partner with recruitment team to assist with sourcing candidates during peak periods.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
One (1) or more years of related work experience within a large organization
Experience with a staffing agency preferred
SKILLS
Knowledge of principles and practices of HR admiration and Recruitment
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem solving and time management skills
Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Pay Transparency:
Based on California law, the following details are for California individuals only:
California base salary range:
$50,000—$58,000 USD
For full-time employees, your compensation package will include two major components: salary and vested stock options. Guidance on salary for this role will be determined according to the level you enter the organization (with the ability to gain more through time as you contribute).
Full-Time Employees are eligible for equity and benefits listed below in addition.
