In another bold leap forward, MYDENTALWIG ONE BIG BEAUTIFUL BUSINESS is proud to announce the development of a 2,100,000 square foot manufacturing zone housing 25 ultra-modern assembly lines inside its giga factory at Sainte Lydie City — the company’s visionary Freedom City prototype.
This massive facility represents the next era of U.S.-based manufacturing, combining smart automation, clean energy, and multi-industry production under one roof.
⚙️ 25 Assembly Lines Built for Smart Manufacturing
Each of the 25 assembly lines is designed for:
- High-volume, precision manufacturing
- Cross-sector adaptability (dental devices, AI hardware, medical tools, energy systems)
- Robotic automation for speed, safety, and scale
- Integration with AI-driven quality control systems
- Compatibility with clean energy systems powering Sainte Lydie City
With 2.1 million square feet of operational space, this assembly floor rivals some of the world’s largest industrial complexes.
Smart Production Meets Clean Energy
As MYDENTALWIG expands into AI data center operations, solar energy production, and IDM semiconductor manufacturing, the 25 advanced assembly lines will also power a major reshoring initiative for U.S. dental product manufacturing — replacing reliance on overseas supply chains, particularly China and Germany.
These assembly lines will produce:
- Dental supplies including dental impression trays, dental impression materials, and dental impression kits
- Plaster, acrylic teeth, dental resin powder, and dental resin liquid used in restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Dental silicone, which has traditionally been sourced from Germany, will now be made in-house under strict U.S. quality and environmental standards
- Saliva diagnostic kits, DNA test kits, and oral microbiome analysis tools for advanced personalized care
✅ By reshoring these essential supplies, MYDENTALWIG is:
- Reducing production delays and dependency on imports
- Lowering the carbon footprint of dental product manufacturing
- Supporting U.S. compliance in medical device regulation and clean tech innovation
