MYDENTALWIG™ Buy Once Smile Forever™ (BOSF) Layaway monthly Subscription offers another way to plan for your dental replacement.
BOSF™ is a monthly layaway program designed to help you work toward purchasing your custom-fitted DentalWig™ without having to pay the entire purchase price upfront. No credit check. No Social Security number required, according to the program’s eligibility and enrollment terms.
A Plan Designed Around Your Smile
1. Plan your payments.
Work toward your DentalWig purchase through a structured monthly payment plan, making your dental replacement goals more manageable.
2. Lock in your price for your 36-month cycle.
Your applicable DentalWig price is established when you begin your BOSF cycle, helping protect you from subsequent price increases during that cycle, subject to the program terms.
3. Get your DentalWig sooner if your needs change.
Your mouth can change over time, including when additional teeth are lost. If your existing DentalWig no longer fits your needs, the option to pay off your outstanding BOSF balance may allow you to obtain a replacement sooner, subject to program requirements and a new clinical assessment.
4. Plan for your next smile.
At the end of your 36-month cycle, you can begin a new BOSF cycle for an updated, custom-fitted DentalWig, using new impressions and a new bite assessment as required. Your new cycle will be based on the price applicable when that cycle begins.
What Does BOSF Cost?
Based on the current stated DentalWig prices:
- One jaw: $2,999, plus applicable tax.
- Upper and lower jaws: $5,998, plus applicable tax.
The corresponding 36-month layaway payments are approximately $83.31 per month for one jaw or $166.61 per month for both jaws, plus a $10 monthly processing fee and applicable tax, assuming the fee is charged once per month. Your final payment schedule will be provided in your enrollment terms.
No Credit Check. A Different Path Toward Ownership.
BOSF is designed for people who want an alternative to traditional credit-based purchasing arrangements. Rather than relying on a credit check, the program provides a structured way to plan and pay toward an eligible DentalWig purchase.
Please note that BOSF is a non-refundable layaway program. Review the applicable payment, fulfillment, early payoff, and renewal terms carefully before enrolling.
